From as early as we can remember, we have been told to DO something, to always have something we can say we are doing, producing, being busy over. We define and see ourselves through what we do.

When we take the time to simply BE, we change the way we see and define ourselves, plus we give ourselves the space to really know who we are, without all the doing. We become in a new way.
