This class will teach you practical grounded tools to become more aware of how to move and create with energy.

Energy work is a natural human practice, and when you start doing this for yourself, you can create more of what you want to have working in your life. Suitable for all levels of energy work experience. During the class, each student will choose one area in their own lives to do some energy work within. It can be simple, like a project, or more complex, like a relationship.

The August theme is Communication. You can use this session to work on the energy of communication in your life, whether it’s communication within yourself, between body and spirit, or in your relationships, work, being heard in the world.
