Art making is a meditative and self healing practice - even 10-15 minutes of creative play time can shift your entire vibration, mood, and attitude. This event begins with a guided meditation designed to help you become conscious of unwanted energies, gently release them, and create more room within yourself to get creative. This will be followed by an art making session lasting 15-20 minutes, and finally a discussion and sharing for everyone who wants to participate.
Bring your art making tools to class with you, so you can draw, paint, write, sew, play music, dance, or whatever you choose in the art making part of this session.
