The Energy Healing Class, Level One, begins Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 8:00-9:30pm EST. This is a six week class, meeting on Thursdays from 1/22/26 - 2/26/26.

The Energy Healing Level One Class will teach you the basics of having healing energy within and for yourself, so that you can direct it to create healing within yourself. You'll learn how to give an energy healing, without giving away your own energy, or taking on the energies of others.

Energy healing is a natural human ability. This class is helpful for anyone who is sensitive to and takes on the energies of other people. Suitable for all levels of meditation and healing experience.
